Bought a used car from out of town, so I only spoke to them through the phone/text. The slight lack of communication was a little frustrating, and the car was shipped late. They said there were no scratches and that it was perfect, but I noticed a couple of dents through the video they sent me. Luckily they had it fixed at no charge and then shipped it. Upon arrival I noticed another scratch that was not fixed well with touch up paint.

The dealership is excellent, the facility, the atmosphere, etc. However, in this instance, the service rep did not communicate the service's progress. I had to call and receive an update. Left a few voicemails with no return call. This is especially important if you are out of a vehicle for 4 days.
