2024 BMW 5 Series: What’s New?

The 2024 BMW 5 Series brings several innovative updates for the new model year. Two of the major additions to the BMW 5 Series lineup include:

  • The BMW i5: An all-electric version of the BMW 5 Series, the BMW i5 takes all the luxury and sophistication of the traditional gas-powered model and pairs it with an innovative fuelless powertrain. 
  • Active Lane Change with Eye Activation: A new driver-assistive feature for the BMW 5 Series, the Active Lane Change with Eye Activation notifies and recommends lane changes to maintain your speed while driving on the highways outside of Riverside. Instead of manually changing lanes, however, the Eye Activation feature allows you to look toward the left or right exterior mirror and your BMW will begin the lane change automatically!
